The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Guidelines For The Development Of Design Documentation, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Offer Should Include A Valuation Of All Activities Necessary To Complete The Order, Including Those That Were Not Anticipated By The Ordering Party And Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In Order To Prepare The Offer Correctly, It Is Recommended That The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Make A Site Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented.
