Request for proposals for Business Coaching and Technical Advisory Services Supporting Revolving Fund Beneficiaries under Seed & Scale and Taste of Lebanon. Anera is implementing two economic empowerment initiatives in Lebanon: Seed & Scale and Taste of Lebanon. Both programs aim to strengthen business resilience, increase income generation, and support sustainable job creation through a blended approach combining access to finance with structured technical assistance. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), Anera seeks to engage a qualified consulting firm to design and deliver business coaching and technical advisory services to program beneficiaries across Lebanon. The assignment includes two components: Component 1.1 Seed & Scale (Mandatory) Provision of structured business coaching to up to 90 micro-entrepreneurs, focusing on financial management, competitive strategy, marketing, and local market linkages. Component 1.2 Taste of Lebanon (Optional Add-On) Provision of specialized technical coaching to up to 21 agri-food SMEs operating in the olive oil and dairy value chains, with a focus on production efficiency, food safety and GMP compliance, market linkages, and operational risk management. Coaching will be delivered through a combination of on-site coaching sessions, remote follow-ups, and tailored action plans for each participating enterprise. The assignment will be implemented across multiple geographic areas in Lebanon and is expected to span approximately 15 months.
