The Municipality Of Sittard-Geleen Intends To Have Redevelopment Take Place At The “Kleine Steeg” Location. This Development Location Consists Of Six Plots, Four Of Which Are Owned By The Municipality. The Municipality Is Setting Up A Sales Procedure For One Of These Four Plots, Namely “Plot C”, (Kleine Steeg 13) In Order To Arrive At The Most Suitable Developer For This Plot. The Municipality Sells The Plot With Buildings To The Market Party. The Market Party Will Further Develop, Realize And Market The Plot, Based On The Urban Development Plan And Program Of Requirements, At Its Own Expense And Risk. See Selection Guidelines
