The Assignment Includes The Large-Scale Renovation Of Het College Vos In Vlaardingen. Stichting Openbare Scholengroep Vlaardingen Schiedam (Osvs For Short) Intends To Enter Into An Agreement For The Renovation Of A Vmbo School Of Approximately 6,050 M2 Gfa For 40 Years. College Vos Is A Secondary School With Approximately 400 Students Who Receive Lessons At Basic And Intermediate Vocational Level. The Building Of Het College Vos Is Very Outdated And No Longer Meets Current Requirements (In Terms Of Educational Content, Technology And Functionality). That Is Why It Was Decided To Renovate The Building On A Large Scale To Extend Its Lifespan By 40 Years. Osvs Is Looking For A Party That, Together With Its Subcontractors, Contributes To The Implementation Of The Project In Interaction With The Client And The Design Team, Whereby The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Fine Demolition, Construction Work, The Water Installations, The E-Installations And The Permanent Installations. .
