Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Partial Renovation Of Selected Sections Of Roads With A Ground Surface (Both Reinforced And Natural) With A Total Area Of ​​33,500.00 M² In The Złocieniec Commune (From Defects, Potholes Or Ruts). The Purpose Of The Order Is To Restore The Technical And Operational Functionality Of The Roads, Improve Their Passability, Drainage And Durability Of Surfaces That Have Been Degraded As A Result Of Operation And Unfavorable Weather Conditions. The Order Is Of A Renovation Nature, Which Means That No Changes To The Route Of The Roads Or Their Geometric Parameters Are Expected. The Scope Of Works Commissioned To The Contractor Will Be At Least 75% Of The Scope Of Works Specified In The Swz. Ordering Works In An Amount That Does Not Result In Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Order Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Request Supplementary, Additional Or Other Orders, As Well As Claims For Payment Of The Entire Remuneration For The Subject Of The Order.
