The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works And Greenery Plantings Along With Their Maintenance In 2026-2027 Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: The Pond At Kaczeniecowa - We Combine Ecology With Relaxation!, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.1.2 The Subject Of The Proceedings And The Order Is An Investment Related To The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Zzm/O1.227/25 Pond At Kaczeniecowa = We Combine Ecology With Relaxation! Civic Budget Of Districts - 11Th Edition, Zzm/Ukz/01. 1.3 The Investment Area Is Located On Plots Nh-9, 452/1, 63/5, 450, 451, 66. 1.4 The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works And Planting Of Greenery Along With Their Maintenance In 2026-2027. Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: The Pond At Kaczeniecowa - We Combine Ecology With Relaxation!, In Accordance With The Available Design Documentation. 1.5 As Part Of This Order, The Following Should Be Performed In Particular: 1.5.1 Installation Of Small Architecture Elements; 1.5.2 Disassembly Of Several Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks; 1.5.3 Construction Of Designed Surfaces; 1.5.4 Planting Of High And Low Greenery; 1.5.5 Tidying Up Area; 1.5.6 Installation Of The Citizens Budget Sign.1.6 The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Abbreviated As Stwiorb) And In Accordance With The Attached Graphic Attachments.1.7 An Integral Part Of The Swz Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Materials Attached To The Swz, In Particular The Design Documentation With Arrangements, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Tables Of Manufactured Elements (Maintenance, Assets), Material Approval Card Templates, Subcontracting Declaration Templates, Protocol Templates, Guidelines, Equivalence Table And Others Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz (1 File In Zip Format).
