The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Including The Expansion Of The Municipal Road - Ul. Głogowa In Trzebinia On A Section Of Approximately 0.120 Km. The Scope Of The Expansion Will Include The Construction Of A New Road Surface Structure, 4.0 M Wide, Made Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture - Binding Layer Thick. 8 Cm + Wearing Layer Thick. 4 Cm (603.60 M2) On A Base Of Crushed Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm Thick. 20 Cm And A Base Of Soil Stabilized With Cement, Thick. 15 Cm. The Task Will Also Include The Reconstruction Of The Existing Sidewalk And The Construction Of Parking Spaces - With A Concrete Paving Stone Surface (Total Area: 702.61 M2). The Elements Of The New Road Will Be Framed With Concrete Curbs (Total Length 365.5 M) And Sidewalk Edges (186.0 M), Placed On Concrete Benches. The Task Also Includes The Replacement Of 3 Existing Street Inlets And Sewers (Total Length Approx. 17.0 M), As Well As The Execution Of Necessary Earthworks And Demolition Of Existing Road Elements, Removal Of Groves, Hedges And Bushes, And Grubbing Up The Trunks Of Removed Trees (The Task Does Not Include Cutting Down Trees That Have Already Been Cut Down According To A Separate Order). Designating A Place For The Removal And Storage Of Excess Soil, Rubble, Removed Copses, Hedges And Bushes As Well As Stumps After Clearing Stumps Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor, And The Costs Associated With This Removal, Storage And Disposal Should Be Included In The Offered Price. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Task Is Specified In The Attached Design Documentation, Which Also Includes The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Organize The Construction Facilities For His Needs And To Mark And Secure The Work Area In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, To Report The Works In The Field Of Regulation Or Protection Of Underground Utility Facilities To The Network Owners, So That They Can Supervise The Works (In Accordance With The Content Of Industry Agreements), As Well As To Prepare An As-Built Geodetic Inventory. The Completed Scope Of Works With The Introduction Of Changes To The Resources Of The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Chrzanów. Confirmation Of The Surveying Activities Performed Will Be A Copy Of The Current Base Map Issued By Podgik, Including The Changes Made, Provided To The Ordering Party. The Costs Associated With Fulfilling These Obligations Will Be The Contractors Costs And Should Therefore Be Included In The Price Offered.
