The Purpose Of The Investment In Question Is To Execute A Public Order Under The Name: Construction Of A New Columbarium At The Kuźniczka Municipal Cemetery In Kędzierzyn-Koźle Based On Design Documentation Prepared By: Studio Architektury I Nętrz Ewelina Klajnowska, 47-200 Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Ul. Kochanowskiego 8. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Columbarium (5 Columbarium Walls - Each Wall Has 48 Niches And 1 Columbarium Wall With 36 Niches); 2) Lighting Of The Columbarium; 3) Rainwater Drainage (Drainage). 3. The Execution Of The Order Additionally Includes: 1) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (1 Copy In Paper Version And 2 Copies On An Electronic Medium); 2) Comprehensive Geodetic Services Including Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory; 3) Organization, Development And Liquidation Of The Construction Site; 4) Preparation Of A Photographic Inventory Of The Area, Consisting In Particular In Visualizing The Condition Of The Construction Site Before The Commencement Of Works. The Contractor Will Submit The Inventory To The Ordering Party In An Electronic Version On A Cd Data Carrier Within 5 Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site; 5) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, If Separate Regulations Require The Preparation Of Such A Plan; 6) Management Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With Applicable Waste Management Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Waste Transfer Card For An Amount Not Less Than That Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Or To Explain Any Possible Difference And No Later Than The Date Of Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works;7) Renovations And Repairs Of Damaged Surfaces In Streets And Sidewalks;8) Regulation Of All External Elements Such As: Telecommunications Manholes, Stormwater And Sanitary Sewage Manholes, Water And Gas Boxes;9) Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works And The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site If It Was Disturbed As A Result Of The Works Carried Out; 10) Tests And Acceptances With The Participation Of Relevant Authorities And Institutions As Well As The Investor And User; 11) Covering The Costs Resulting From The Conditions Imposed By Road Managers, The Department Of Environmental Protection And Agriculture Of The Municipal Office And Other Institutions Issuing Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment; 12) Carrying Out The Required Warranty Inspections Of The Installed Devices During The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor And Performing Maintenance Activities On These Devices, Conditioning The Maintenance Of The Warranty On The Principles By The Contractor; 13) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Organize The Works In A Way That Ensures Safe Use Of The Remaining Part Of The Cemetery. 4. On The Day Of Handing Over The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have And Submit To The Ordering Party
