The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Stage Lighting In The Auditorium - Executive Design Of Stage Mechanics Together With The Necessary Infrastructure In The Auditorium Hall, Located In The Building Of The Polin Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Calibration Of The Stage Mechanics System Together With The Necessary Infrastructure In The Auditorium Hall In The Building Of The Polin Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Detailed Design Of The Stage Mechanics With The Necessary Infrastructure, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz - Executive Design - Stage Technology With Attachments And Annex No. 4 To The Opz - Auditorium Stage Mechanics With The Annexes. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Delivery And Installation Of All Devices Provided For In The Project And Described In Opz2. Provision Of Required Manpower, Equipment And Materials,3. Construction Of Cable Routes,4. Execution Of 230V And 400V5 Connections. Making Signal Connections,6. Programming Digital Devices,7. System Startup,8. Final Measurements And System Calibration,9. Training In The Use Of The System,10. Preparation And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation,11. Providing Appropriate Catalog Cards, Hygienic Certificates, Declarations Of Performance And Other Legally Required Documents In Accordance With The Guidelines Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Opz - Detailed Design - Stage Technology With Attachments And On The Basis Of Annex No. 2 To The Opz - Bill Of Quantities, Annex No. 3 To The Opz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Annex No. 4 To The Opz - Auditorium Stage Mechanics With Attachments.
