Tenders Are Invited For Carrying Out Minor Current Repairs And Providing Permanent General Construction Maintenance Services In Municipal Resources Administered By Zgm In The Adm-1 Area

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Minor Current Repairs And The Provision Of Permanent General Construction Maintenance Services In Municipal Resources Administered By The Municipal Management Board In The Adm-1 Area (According To Cost Estimates) Specified In The Scope Of Work Included In The Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 1.1. The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In: - Buildings Owned 100% By The Commune, - Residential And Commercial Premises Of The Commune In Housing Communities, - Commune Utility Buildings, - Other Real Estate. Note: The Number Of Works To Be Performed Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Notifications And Identified Needs. The Work Cost Estimate Specifies The Estimated Amount Of Work To Be Performed. The Work Will Be Settled On The Basis Of Replacement Cost Estimates Prepared On The Basis Of The Rates And Prices Of Materials And Equipment Given In The Offer. In The Case Of Materials That Will Not Be Included In The Tender Documents, The Average Prices Of Materials (Without Purchase Price) Published By The Sekocenbud Publishing House From The Previous Quarter Will Apply. This Also Applies To Equipment. If There Are No Prices For Materials And Equipment In The Above Publication, The Price Based On The Purchase Invoice Presented By The Contractor Will Be Considered, But Not Higher Than Average Market Prices. 1.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1.2.1. Be On Duty: - Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays - 15ºº - 7ºº - Tuesdays - 160º - 7ºº - On Weekends (I.E. Friday From 3ºº To Monday Until 7ºº) - On Holidays And Public Holidays (24 Hours Counted From 0ºº )1.2.2. While On Duty, The Response Time From Reporting To The Moment Of Repairing The Failure (Protection), Which Results From The Submitted Offer, Is 30 Minutes. For Failures Reported As Part Of The Technical Emergency Service To The Indicated Telephone Number Covering Failure Protection (Min. 20 Minutes Max. 60 Minutes), 1.2.3. Remove The Failure Within Max. 12 Hours From Notification,1.2.4. Carry Out Current Repairs And Renovation Works Within A Period Not Exceeding 3 Days From The Date Of Notification, After Agreeing The Order With The Ordering Partys Representative.1.2.5. Keep A Register Of Reports Of Failures And Defects With A Note On The Date And Method Of Their Removal1.2.6. Report To The Technical Administration Department Once A Day (8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M.) In Order To Agree On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party1.2.7. In Order To Properly Execute The Order, Provide Staff With Appropriate Professional Training, Including Those With The Authorizations Required By Law, As Well As All Materials And Equipment, Etc. Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.1.2.8. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Safety Regulations. 2.
