The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery By The Contractor Of Granite Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 3,000 Tons, Together With The Unloading Of The Aggregate In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, In The Ryńsk Commune. 2. Quality Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Aggregate Being The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Standard Pn-En 13242 Aggregates For Unbound And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Buildings And Road Construction Or Equivalent; 2) The Delivered Aggregate Will Have A Certificate Or Declaration Of Performance Confirming The Materials Compliance With The Pn-En 13242 Standard Or Equivalent, Which Should Be Presented For The Delivered Aggregate In Time Of Delivery.3. The Aggregate Must Not Contain Any Contaminants (E.G. Pieces Of Metal) That Could Damage Vehicles Traveling On Roads During The Construction Of The Surfaces For Which The Purchased Aggregate Was Used, As Well As Other Contaminants, E.G. Unsorted Aggregate, Etc.
