1) The Subject Of The Order Is: The Subject Of The Contract Are Property Appraisal Services. The Services Are Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex 1 To The Contract And Which Is An Integral Part Thereof. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Valuation Of Real Estate, E.G. For The Purposes Of Purchase Or Compensation, As Well As Determining The Value Of An Easement Or Determining The Difference In Value In Order To Calculate A Planning Annuity Or An Adjustment Fee.2) The Services That Are The Subject Of This Order Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Swz, With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Appendices To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
