The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In Carrying Out Periodic Technical Inspections And Maintenance Of Air Handling Units In The Facilities Of The Gdańsk Sports Center In 2026-2027. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor Include - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1.1 - Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Deposit Or Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order That Are Subject To The Requirements For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.
