Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Medical Devices For The Municipal Clinic In Nowe - An Ultrasound Machine

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Ultrasound Scanner For The Municipal Outpatient Clinic In Nowe.2. The Offered Medical Device Must Be Brand New, Unused, Fully Technically Functional, Free From Defects, Not Refurbished, Not For Exhibition And Ready For Use Without Any Additional Investments By The Ordering Party And Approved For Use In Medical Facilities. The Equipment And Facilities Offered Must Meet The Safety Requirements Resulting From The Regulations In Force In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In This Respect And Must - If Applicable - Have The Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Permits, Quality Certificates Required By Polish Law And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out In Applicable Law And The Necessary Instructions In Polish.3. The Contractor Will Unpack And Check The Delivered Products Using His Own Resources. All Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order (E.G. Moving, Folding, Cleaning, Etc.) Will Be Performed By The Contractor Using Its Own Employees. The Delivered Products Must Not Have Defects, Mechanical Damage, Scratches Or Other Defects That Impair Their Quality. An Item With A Defect Should Be Replaced With Another One Without Defects.4. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Grant Project Fers.03.07-Ip.07-0001/23, Titled: Improving The Accessibility Of Health Services Of The Municipal Outpatient Clinic In Nowe For People With Special Needs, Implemented Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus.6. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: 1) Delivery Of The Device, 2) Assembly (If Applicable), 3) Installation And Commissioning, 4) Staff Training, 5) Provision Of Service During The Warranty Period For Equipment That Requires Servicing.7. Equivalent Solutions A. Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents, Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Provided In The Descriptions That Characterize The Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor, Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems, Etc. Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 16 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, But In Particular They Serve To Implement Art. 17 Section 1 Point 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. Any Descriptions Included In The Swz Are Intended To Specify The Quality, Technological, Performance Or Functional Expectations Of The Ordering Party. Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 5 And Section 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Description Contained In The Swz Or Equivalent.
