The Subject Of The Proceedings Are Successive, Depending On The Employers Needs, Deliveries And Unloading Of Cold Mineral And Asphalt Mixture Packed In Tightly Closed Foil Bags Of Approximately 25 Kg To 30 Kg In An Estimated Amount: 120.00 Tons Corresponding To The Polish Standard Transposing The European Standard Pn-En 12697-1: 2012 Asphalt Mixtures. The Mineral-Asphalt Mass Should Meet The Above Standard Or An Equivalent One. The Cold Mass Must Meet The Requirements. Requirements: A) Must Be Produced On The Basis Of Liquefied Asphalt, B) Made Of Crushed Aggregate (100%) With Grain Sizes Up To 8 Mm, C) Modified Binder, D) Asphalt Content In The Mixture 4-6.5%, E) Free Space Content In The Mixture Up To 25%, E) Can Be Used Both At Low And High Ambient Temperatures From -15° C To +30° C, With Good Adhesion For Bituminous Surfaces F) Possibility Of Laying Without Lubricating The Edges Of The Defect With Emulsion, G) Possibility Of Storing The Mixture For A Period Of Min. 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party. The Order For The Delivery Of Mass To The District Road Administration In Krotoszyn At Ul. Transportowa 1 In Krotoszyn Will Be Made By Phone Or E-Mail As Needed. After Receiving The Order, The Contractor Will Deliver The Cold Asphalt Mass Within No More Than 3 Days. A Single Batch Of Delivered Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mass Of Approximately 24 Tons. The Cold Asphalt Mixture Should Be Delivered To The Pzd Headquarters Along With Unloading. The Cold Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Is Intended For Partial Renovations Of Asphalt Surfaces. The Product Should Have A Valid Declaration Of Performance Attached To The Delivered Batch Of Cold Mass. If The Cold Asphalt Mixture Is Purchased In Quantities Smaller Than Those Specified In Point 3 Of This Tor, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims. Invoicing Will Take Place Each Time After Delivery.
