A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Related To The Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Tires, Inner Tubes And Rim Protectors To The Spw Supplied By 15 Wog Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, And The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Described In The Above-Mentioned. Annexes And Provisions Of The Future Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Complete Column No. 7 Of The Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz) By Providing Detailed Information, I.E.: Product Name, Name Of The Product Manufacturer And Letter-Digital Marking, Enabling The Ordering Party To Assess The Compliance Of The Product Offered By The Contractor With The Ordering Partys Requirements. Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Said Evidence Together With The Offer, Details Are Presented In Chapter 7 Of The Swz. All Provisions Contained In The Swz Indicating The Type, Trademarks Or Origin Of The Subject Of The Order, With The Exception Of Items No. 16, 17 And 26 Of The Price Form, Should Be Read Together With The Words Or Equivalent. To The Extent That The Appendices To The Swz Include Proper Names Or Other Markings Directly Or Indirectly Pointing To A Specific Manufacturer, The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Are Provided Only As Examples And Do Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of Deliveries In Accordance With The Terms Of The Swz.
