The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of His-Class It Software, I.E. The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Providing Maintenance Support For His Application Software - Modules/Functionalities Of The Amms Software From Asseco Poland S.A. The Subject Of The Order Includes One Task (One Contract) Divided Into Two Contract Periods Depending On Which Amms System Modules The Service Will Apply To. The List Of Amms Software Modules Covered By The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1A And 1B To The Contract. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With Annexes No. 1-6 To The Contract. Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Modules Described In Annex 1A: 25/04/2026 - 30/04/2027, 2) Modules Described In Annex 1B: 28/05/2026 – 28/05/2029.
