1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Vertical Road Signs And Road Traffic Safety Devices For Spółka Komunalna Żukowo Sp. Z O. O. 2. The Quantities Of Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Material And Price Form Constituting An Annex To The Offer Form.3. The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Was Estimated For A Period Of 12 Months. The Amount Of Demand For The Supply Of Individual Signs And Road Safety Devices Is Determined By The Current Renovation And Investment Needs Or Orders From The Żukowo Commune For The Installation Or Modification Of Signs. 4. The Final Remuneration Of The Contractor Will Depend On The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Delivered During The Duration Of The Contract And Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Unit Prices Determined On The Basis Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor.5. In Addition To Its Sale, The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: Loading, Transport And Unloading At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Partys Employee.6. The Order Will Be Processed Successively, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On A Telephone Order Confirmed By E-Mail.7.
