The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Investor Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Basketball And Volleyball Court With A Synthetic Rubber And Polyurethane Surface Along With Sports Equipment As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Recreational And Sports Complex In The Wenecja Housing Estate.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 9.3. Construction Works Covered By Investor Supervision Are Described In The Following Documents:1) Land Development Design - Annex No. 10,2) Basic Map - Annex No. 11,3) Architectural And Construction Design - Annex No. 12,4) Technical Design - Annex No. 13.5) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 14,6) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 15.4. Other Requirements And Remarks.1) The Supervision Inspector Cannot Independently (Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party) Make Decisions That Have Financial Consequences For The Commune Of Ostrów Wielkopolski.2) The Submission Of Partial Offers Is Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision Over Construction Works In The Construction Industry, Which Complement Each Other And Determine The Proper Execution Of The Works. Therefore, From An Engineering Point Of View, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Separate Stages So As Not To Cause Complications During The Execution Of The Order. Moreover, The Subject Of The Contract May Be Performed Entirely By Smes.
