The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service For The Purchase And Distribution Of High-Methane Natural Gas Fuel In The Period From April 1, 2026 To March 31, 2027, With The Symbol E With A Total Estimated Volume Of 1,460,077 Kwh During The Delivery Period, To 7 Gas Consumption Points Listed, Including: - For 4 Recipients Included In Art. 62B Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law - Total Value 1,290,462 Kwh; - For 3 Recipients Not Included In The Values. 62B Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law - Total Value 169,615 Kwh. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: A List Of Consumption Points Along With Tariff Groups, Contractual Capacities And Planned Quantities Of Gas Fuel Consumption Is Included In Annexes 1, 2 And 10 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso (Distribution System Operator) Necessary To Change The Supplier And Effectively Start Selling Gas Fuel, Including In Particular: Reporting New Gas Fuel Sales Contracts To The Dso. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party Upon Concluding Gas Fuel Sales Agreements. The Supplied Gas Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts And Polish Standards. Comprehensive Sales Of Gas Fuel Will Be Based On Contracts Concluded With Organizational Units, Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Swz. The Distribution Fee Rates On The Basis Of Which The Gas Fuel Distribution Costs Were Calculated Come From The Current Tariff Of The Local Dso And May Change During The Execution Of The Order If The Local Dsos Tariff Changes. For The Purposes Of Conducting This Procedure And Comparing Offers, Contractors Will Use The Indicated Calculated Rates For The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation When Calculating Their Offers. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis.
