The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Training Hydraulic-Pneumatic Equipment Used In Robotics And Automation For 14 Students And 2 Teachers Of Vocational Subjects Outside The Ordering Partys Headquarters, As Part Of The Project Entitled: In Pursuit Of Technology - Modern Vocational Education As A Response To Future Needs At The Technical And General Education School Complex No. 2 In Katowice. Number Of Training Participants: 16 People (14 Students + 2 Teachers) - One Training Group. Duration Of Training: 20 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes) Plus Time For A Break On Each Training Day. The Final Training Dates (Final Training Schedule) Will Be Determined After Signing The Contract. Place Of Training: Stationary, At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Conducting A 20-Hour Course For 16 People (1 Training Group);2. Remuneration Of Trainers Conducting The Training;3. Transport Costs Of Trainers To The Training Site;4. Cost Of Certificates/Certificates Confirming Participants Participation In The Training;5. Developing And Distributing Training Materials To Participants In Numbers Corresponding To The Number Of Participants.6. Necessary Equipment And Software To Complete The Course For Each Training Participant. The Substantive Scope Of The Training Should Include The Following Issues: I. Theory• Discussion Of The Differences Between Hydraulics And Pneumatics (Working Medium, Generated Forces, Precision, Costs).• Familiarization With The Structure And Function Of The Basic Elements Of Both Systems, Such As: Compressors And Pumps, Actuators (Cylinders), Engines, Distribution And Throttle Valves, As Well As Preparation Elements Air.\• Learning To Read And Create Hydraulic And Pneumatic Diagrams Based On Symbols Consistent With Iso Standards.Ii. Practice And Application• System Construction: Independent Assembly Of Simple Pneumatic And Hydraulic Systems On Training Stations, From Controlling A Simple Actuator To Implementing A Sequence Of Movements.• Control Automation: Connecting Equipment With Programmable Plc Controllers (E.G. Siemens), Programming Control Logic In Lad/Fbd Based On Diagrams.• Integration With Robotics: Practical Examples Of The Use Of Actuators And Pneumatic Grippers As Final Tools. Robot, E.G. For Pick-And-Place Tasks.• Diagnostics And Maintenance: Identification And Solving Typical Problems, Such As Leaks, Incorrect Connections Or Valve Faults.
