Tenders Are Invited For Partial Renovations Of District Roads

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Partial Renovation Of County Roads In Krapkowice County With A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order And Technical Specification, With An Approximate Amount Of 2,000 M2. The Ordering Party May Change The Amount Of Road Surfaces Intended For Renovation. Any Difference Between The Actual Amount Of Work Performed And The Amount Given Above Will Not Be The Basis For Changing Unit Prices.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.3. The Amounts Of Square Meters Of Surface Planned For Renovation Provided In The Bill Of Quantities Are Indicative And May Be Subject To Change. The Actual Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Will Depend On The Gross Unit Price Per 1 M² Of Partial Renovation. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Commission Works To A Smaller Extent, Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs. Renovations Will Be Carried Out Successively In The Quantities And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order In The Amount Of 70% Of The Total Value Of Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 4 Section 5 Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu).
