The Place Of Delivery Is The Uniform Warehouse Of The Military Police Headquarters In Krakow, Ul. Mogilska 109.5. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Does Not Deprive The Ordering Party Of The Right To Order The Supplies In Question Through Separate Public Procurement Procedures.6. The Physical Model (Sample) Does Not Constitute An Important Part Of The Offer And Is Not An Annex To The Framework Agreement (In Accordance With Article 77 Of The Public Procurement Law) And Is Used Only For Demonstration And Comparison Purposes. 9.
