1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services To The Local Government Of The Małopolska Voivodeship Within The Department. Tk.2. The Provision Of A Catering Service Involves Providing Comprehensive Services Including: Preparation And Delivery Of Dishes, Serving Meals By Professional And Competent Staff, Providing Tables, Appropriate Tableware, Glassware And Decorations, Depending On The Type Of Meeting And The Rank Of Guests, As Well As Cleaning Up After The Service.3. Catering Services Will Be Provided As Part Of Meetings/Events Organized By The Ordering Party And Taking Place In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, On The Indicated Dates.4. The Meetings Referred To In Section 3 May Take Place Simultaneously On The Same Date, In Several Places Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, From Monday To Friday.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract (Sopz) Included In Annex No. 3 To The Contract And The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template).6. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.7.
