The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, The Act Of June 14, 1960 - Code Of Administrative Procedure, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan, The Regulation Of The Minister Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions, 5.3.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Correcting The Draft Decision In The Event Of Refusal To Agree On The Draft Decision Due To Incorrect Provisions Contained Therein, 5.3.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Refusal To Establish The Development Conditions Or The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, As Well As Changes To These Decisions If, After The Analysis, It Is Found That It Is Impossible To Establish The Development Conditions Or The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, As Well As In The Event Of Refusal To Agree On Any Of The Authorities Referred To In Art. 53 Section 4 Above Act On Spatial Planning And Development,5.3.5. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Responding To The Allegations In The Event That A Party To The Proceedings Files An Appeal Against The Decision, As Well As Correcting And Bringing The Draft Decision Into Compliance With The Law In The Event That The Mayors Decision Is Repealed By The Appeal Body, 5.3.6.
