The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Successive Delivery Of Disposable Laboratory Materials (Falcon Test Tubes, Serological Pipettes, Cell Culture Bottles, Safe-Lock Test Tubes) For The Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow, Respectively From One To Four Parts Of The Order.1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Four Parts.1.1.1 In The Scope Of Part I, The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Falcon Test Tubes For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University. Cm.1.1.2 In Terms Of Part Ii, The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Serological Pipettes For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University Cm.1.1.3 In Scope Of Part Iii, The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cell Culture Bottles For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University Cm.1.1.4 In Scope Of Part Iv, The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Safe-Lock Test Tubes For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University Cm.1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Have Not Been Awarded To It.1.3 The Subject Of The Order May Be Financed Or Co-Financed In Particular From European Union Funds Or Other Funds Obtained Under Projects Or Contracts Or External Programs Or Grants, Etc., Both Currently Implemented By The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum, As Well As Implemented In The Future, Respectively, In Relation To One To Four Parts Of The Subject Of The Order.1.4 The Material Scope Covered By The Price Form Is The Largest Possible Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Ordered Disposable Materials Presented In The Attachment (Price Form) Are Indicative And May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Term Of The Contract As Part Of Interchangeable Balancing Orders. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right Not To Use Up To 50% Of The Gross Contractual Amount, And The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims In This Respect. 1.5 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Parameters And Requirements Or Their Maximum Or Minimum Ranges Or Other Necessary Features, Includes A Price Calculation Constituting Annex A And/Or Annex B And/Or Annex C And/Or Annex D To The Offer Form, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz (Excel Format File).2. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Described In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz.
