The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Maintenance Of Green Areas, Including: Tidying Up After The Winter, 2) Trimming Bushes And Caring For Street Trees And Trees In Squares And Squares, Including Shaping Tree Crowns, 3) Planting Seasonal Flowers And Ornamental Plants, Weeding And Watering As Needed In Flower Beds, Squares, Roundabouts, Pots And Flowerbeds, 4) Planting, Caring, Fertilizing And Watering Flowers In Pots Hanging On Poles Lighting, Flowers Planted In Pots, 5) New Plantings Of Ornamental Trees, 6) Mowing Green Areas: Roundabouts, Roadsides, Squares, Squares. 3. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Instructions For Marking Works Carried Out In The Road Area And The Requirements Of Technical Culture And Gardening Practice. After Completing The Work, The Area Around The Work Should Be Cleaned And Tidied Up. The Contractor Is Liable For Any Culpable Damage Resulting From Poor Organization And Manner Of Carrying Out These Works. 6. The Contractor Is A Waste Producer In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Obligation To Manage The Generated Waste And Transport It Rests With The Service Provider. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Or Documents Confirming Waste Management In Accordance With The Waste Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587), E.G. A Waste Collection Contract Concluded With A Company Authorized To Collect Waste.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Order Documents, I.E. Swz And Its Annexes.
