The Subject Of The Order Is Supervision Of Fire Protection In The Following Facilities Of The Ordering Party In Wrocław: The Theater Building At Ul. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 67, Buildings At Ul. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 70/72 And 72A, Building At Ul. Kwidzyńska 33, Including In Particular: A) The Contractors Participation In Removing Failures Of Devices Related To Fire Protection. The Maximum Time To Participate In Repairing A Failure Outside The On-Duty Hours And On Public Holidays Is 8 Hours From The Time Of Notification By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Participate In The Removal Of Failures Within The Time Specified In The Offer, B) Conduct Fire Protection Inspections In All Facilities Belonging To The Ordering Party Or In Operation, C) Participate In Commissions For The Acceptance Of Scenography For New Theater Plays, D) Supervise The Deployment Of Hand-Held Fire-Fighting Equipment, E) Supervise The Deadlines For Inspections Of Fire Protection System Devices. In The Facilities And Informing The Responsible Person About It, F) Cooperation With The Competent Authorities Of The State Fire Service, G) Analyzing The Effects And Causes Of Fires, Ignitions And Local Threats, H) Keeping Documentation In The Field Of Fire Protection, I) The Contractors Duties Are Required Twice A Week - Tuesday And Friday From 10:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, J) Conducting Training For Newly Hired Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Fire Protection. The Order Will Be Carried Out By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications Specified In The Act Of August 24, 1991 On Fire Protection.
