Tenders Are Invited For Preparation And Serving Services In A Catering Establishment. Producers Of Hot Meals For The Residents Of The Social Welfare Center Of The Wawer District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw.
The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In Preparing And Serving Hot Meals For Clients Of The Social Welfare Center Of The Wawer District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw At A Food Point In The Wawer District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended). The Total Number Of Hot Meals To Be Provided Per Order Will Be 8 760.The Number Of Hot Meals Will Change Depending On The Current Needs Of People Eligible For This Type Of Social Assistance. It Is Expected That The Order Will Be Completed At A Level Of Not Less Than 70% Of The Total Value Of The Order. The Contractor Will Serve Meals 7 Days A Week. The Contractor May Prepare Meals In The Kitchen At The Food Point Or In A Kitchen Located In A Separate Location. A Contractor Who Does Not Have A Kitchen Where Hot Meals Are Served Is Obliged To Deliver Meals By Means Of Transport Intended Exclusively For This Purpose. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Supplemented By The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
