With Reference To Article 65 Of The Utilities Directive, It Can Be Stated That The Tendered Contract Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts, As Kredsløb Has Assessed That, In View Of The Characteristics Of The Task, As Well As The Financial, Responsibility And Execution Aspects, It Is Most Appropriate To Resolve It In One Contract.
