The Purpose Of The Contract Is Technical Engineering And Amo Missions On The Management Of Polluted Sites And Soils, Including Asbestos, And Project Management For Decontamination And Asbestos Removal. These Missions Are Undertaken By Purchase Orders. The Works Contract Also Provides For The Possibility Of Carrying Out Subsequent Contracts For Moe Missions For Decontamination Works. The Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement Executed By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R2162-2 Paragraph 2, R2162-4-2° To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code And Subsequent Contracts In Application Of Articles R2162-7 To R2162-12 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Purchase Order Part Concerns The Following Missions Described In The Cctp: – Mission 4.1: Technical Engineering Missions Including Field Investigations. – Mission 4.2: Assistance To Project Management On Pollution Management, Including Asbestos.
