Meal-Preparation Services - Providing Services Consisting In Providing Daily Nutrition For Patients Of The District Hospital In Zakopane. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With Services Consisting In Providing Daily Nutrition For Patients Of The District Hospital. Dr. Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane, I.E. Preparation, Delivery Of All-Day Meals (So-Called Catering) And Their Distribution To The Patients Bed, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Organization Of The Catering Service Should Also Take Into Account The Nutrition Of Children Up To 1.5 Years Of Age. 2. The Contractors Task Is To Provide Comprehensive All-Day (7 Days A Week, Including Holidays And Non-Working Days) Nutrition For The Ordering Partys Patients (Including Drinks With Meals) In An Average Amount (Estimated On The Basis Of The Average Number Of Hospital Patients Over The Last 24 Months), Which During The Term Of The Contract Amounts To: 1) Approx. 96,000 Person-Days Of Feeding Adult Patients, 2) Approx. 400 Person-Days Of Feeding Adult Patients In Disposable Packaging (Patients Of The Hospital Emergency Department, Department Of Anesthesiology And Intensive Care And Patients With Infectious Diseases), 3) Up To 30 Children Up To 1.5 Years Of Age. 3. The Detailed Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Method Of Providing The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, [Hereinafter Referred To As Opz], Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement, [Hereinafter Referred To As Pu], Which Constitutes Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
