The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Conduct Of 4 National Study Visits. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide: Travel, Accommodation, Meals, Local Transfers At The Place Of Visit, A Guardian And Any Other Services Necessary To Carry Out The Visit In Question. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Maximum Order Completion Date Is 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: - The Ordering Party Requires That The Basic Order Be Completed Within 4 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; - The First Study Visit Must Take Place Within 40 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract; - At Least Two Study Visits Must Take Place In The Following Months: July And/Or August; - In The Event Of Exercising The Option Right, The Ordering Party Requires That The Option Order Be Completed Within 2 Months From The Date Of Notifying The Contractor By The Ordering Party About Exercising The Option Right (The Ordering Party May Notify The Contractor About Exercising The Option Right Within The Term Of The Agreement).
