Their bid must include a statement that they are jointly and severally liable. - Contract Duration: (10) years only. The calendar year begins no more than six months after the contractor is notified of the contract commencement order . The buses will be put into service on the network between 120 and 180 days from the date the contractor is notified of the contract commencement order .
