Any reservations or enquiries shall be submitted withn 1 week from the date of this announcement. Payment is made by a certified check or via k-net. A vabd certificate of compliance with the national workforce quota, issued by the Pubic Authority for Manpower, must be submitted with the bid. A valid company registration certificate from the Pubic Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources Suppliers Register must be submitted with the tender purchase All documents must be submitted on a non-copy able CD. except for the tender form and the bid bond deposit, which must be submitted as hard copier The tender is indivisible Documents must be placed in envelopes sealed with red wax. The bidder must attach a valid certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming that the bidders fie is not suspended for any of the violations listed in Article 10 of Law No. 6 of 2010 concerning work in the private sector. Bids not included with this certificate will be rejected The bidder must also attach a clearance certificate from the Ministry of Bectndty. Water, and Renewable Energy confirming the bidder is free of any outstandng electricity and water debts. Bids not included with this certificate will be rejected. This announcement serves as an invitation to interested practitioners to attend the bid opening session Companies wishing to attend must coordinate with the relevant department on the scheduled date and bring the followng documents: 1. If someone other than the authorized signatory attends, they must provide a written authorization tetter from the authorized signatory authorizing ther presence at the session.
