Request for proposals for Qualified Consulting Firm to Review, Refine, and Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Deadline for Submission: 13th March 2026 at 14:00 hours 1. BACKGROUND The Ministry of Health (MOH), with funding from the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is implementing a Cooperative Agreement (CoAg) aimed at strengthening public health systems in Malawi. To enhance operational efficiency and standardize implementation of the MOH-CDC partnership activities, the Ministry seeks to engage a qualified consulting firm to review, refine, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful Consultant will be responsible for reviewing and developing SOPs, procedural charts, and standard forms for the following areas: Asset and Inventory Management.
