SOURCE OF FUNDS The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is providing financing for this acquisition within the framework of the Improvement and Expansion Program for 4 Drinking Water Systems in 5 cities in Nicaragua. 2. EXECUTING AND CONTRACTING ENTITY 2.1 The Executing Entity for this process is: Nicaraguan Water and Sewerage Company (ENACAL). 2.2 The Executing Entity is responsible for this acquisition process and, to that end, appoints the Executive Committee for the process and invites proposals for the required contract. 2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for Obtaining Goods, Works, Services and Consultancies with CABEI Resources and its Rules for Application , which can be found at the following address on the website: https://www.bcie.org . 3.
