The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Carry Out An Analytical Study Of The Future Demand And Supply Of Commercial Pilots In The Norwegian Aviation Industry Until 2040. The Study Will Provide The Ministry Of Transport And Communications With An Overall Assessment Of Whether The Norwegian Aviation Industry Will Have Access To A Sufficient Number Of Qualified Pilots In The Years Ahead. The Assignment Covers Commercial Air And Helicopter Traffic And Includes An Assessment Of Pilot Demand Under Alternative Traffic Scenarios, As Well As The Expected Supply Of Pilots, With Regard To Age Structure, Retirement Patterns And Educated Candidate Volume. The Study Will Also Include An Overall Assessment Of The Pilot Education Capacity In Norway And Key Factors That May Affect Long-Term Recruitment. The Procurement Consists Of A Single Contract And Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts. The Acquisition Must Result In A Final Report To Be Delivered By 30 September 2026. The Estimated Value Of The Acquisition Is Nok 300,000 Excl. Vat This Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client.
