X-Ray Inspection Equipment - Reconstruction Of The Official Passage With The Installation Of Equipment For The Inspection Of Passengers Hand Luggage With Included Maintenance For A Period Of 4 Years. The Warranty Period For The Entire Delivered Equipment And Performed Works, I.E. For The Entire Procurement Item, Is A Minimum Of 24 Months, I.E. A Minimum Of 2 Years From The Date Of Signing The Minutes On The Successful Handover Of The Procurement Item And Commissioning. The Warranty Includes: • All Necessary Labor, Spare Parts And Material, • Software Upgrades Necessary To Maintain Compliance With Applicable Safety Standards, • Technical Support And Fault Diagnosis. In The Event Of A Failure That Prevents The Regular Security Processes At The Airport, At The Same Time, On Two Devices Of The Baggage Control System, The Tenderer Undertakes To Start Eliminating The Failure Within 4 Hours Of Receipt Of The Failure Report By The Client In The Period From April 1 To October 30, And Outside Of The Specified Period Within 24 Hours Of Receipt Of The Failure Report By The Client. In All Other Cases, The Tenderer Undertakes To Start Repairing The Defect Within 72 Hours Of Receipt Of The Defect Report By The Client. The Elimination Of The Defect Must Be In The Shortest Possible Time, And Not Longer Than 7 Days. The Aforementioned Intervention Is Not Charged During The Warranty Period. During The Warranty Period, Support Services For The Equipment Covered By Order Number 4 Of The Baggage Control System Include A Hotline And Connection To The System (Vpn) (24/7 Support That Includes A Hotline And Remote Connection To The System (Vpn) In The Period From April 1 To October 30, 16/7 Support That Includes A Hotline And Remote Connection To The System (Vpn) In The Period From October 31 To March 31) Is Not Charged. Maintenance Services Are Not Charged During The Warranty Period. Regular Maintenance Of The Equipment For A Period Of 4 Years From The Expiration Of The Warranty Period For The Equipment Under The Order Number Of The Cost List: 4. Baggage Control System, 5. Passenger Passage Control System Includes: - Preventive Maintenance Services At Least Once A Year And Until The Month Of April, - Preventive And Interventional Maintenance Services In Accordance With The Delivered Maintenance Plan From The Equipment Manufacturer, As Defined In Points 4.3.01, 4.3.02, 5.3.01 Of The Cost List - Support For Equipment Covered By Serial Number 4 Of The Cost List Of The Baggage Control System, Which Includes A Hotline And Connection To The System (Vpn) (24/7 Support That Includes A Hotline And Remote Connection To The System (Vpn) In The Period From April 1 To October 30, 16/7 Support That Includes A Hotline And Remote Connection To The System (Vpn) In The Period From October 31 To March 31).
