The Upgrade And Rehabilitation Of The Malmedy Treatment Plant (Compliance With European Obligations) Is An Exclusive Work File Included In The Spges 2022-2027 Sanitation Program As Well As Its 2025 Priority Project Program. It Is Part Of The Sanitation Of The Amblève Sub-Watershed. This Contract Only Provides For The Work Strictly Necessary To Bring The Works Into Compliance With The Obligations Of Directives 91/271/Eec And 2024/3019 Relating To The Treatment Of Urban Waste Water. This Work Mainly Includes The Construction Of A New Low-Load Activated Sludge Biological Treatment Line. As A Reminder, The Malmedy Treatment Plant Treats Urban Wastewater Coming From The Town Of Malmedy, For An Equivalent Load Of 25,000 Inhabitants.
