The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Goods (Carried Out Through Purchases) Within The Meaning Of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Law On Public Procurement (Procurement) With The Name: Supply (Procured Through Purchases) Of Motor Vehicles (Multi-Functional Trucks, Dumpers With Supervisions And Front Loaders With Trailer Facilities) For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Smolyan. The Implementation Of The Public Order Includes The Following Specific Items, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Supply/Supplies (Carried Out/Carried Out By Purchase/Purchases) Of Motor Vehicles - A Multi-Purpose Truck And Two Dump Trucks With Superstructures; And Separate Item No. 2: Supply/Supplies (Carried Out/Carried Out By Purchase/Purchases) Of Motor Vehicles - Two Front Loaders (Backhoe Loader And Mini Front Loader) With Attachments. Motor Vehicles Must Be Factory New (Unused), Unregistered, Meeting The Technical Requirements And Standards For Use In The European Union (Or Equivalent). Minimum Technical And Functional Characteristics And Parameters Of Motor Vehicles Are Specified In Section Ii Of The Technical Specifications Contained In Book I, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
