The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Repair And Maintenance Of The National Road Network Within The Boundaries Of The City Of Plovdiv, Within The Time Limit Agreed With The Contractor And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer And The Bulgarian Construction Legislation. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes The Execution Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works By The Contractor: - Preparation, Coordination Of Project And Introduction Of Temporary Organization During Construction If Necessary. - Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Required And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications (Construction Materials, Including Asphalt Mixtures, Products, Elements, Details, Sets, Etc.). - Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests. - Participation In The Construction Acceptance Procedure - Acceptance - Handover Protocol For Establishing Qualitatively Executed Construction And Assembly Works. - Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Including The Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Periods Determined By The Public Procurement Contract In Accordance With The Offer. - The Deadline For The Implementation Of Public Procurement Activities Is No Longer Than 15 Calendar Days.
