[email protected] SCOPE OF WORK: The consultant is expected to: - Review existing project documents, legal assessment, and proposed modernisation model - Conduct a technical and market analysis - Build a 5-year financial model that includes: CAPEX estimates, OPEX projections, Pricing and revenue modelling, Enrolment projections and revenue streams and scenario and sensitivity analysis. - Develop a pricing strategy aligned with the market demand, cost structure, competitive positioning, and financial sustainability - Prepare a comprehensive feasibility report synthesizing all findings. - Present findings to Oxfam and the relevant stakeholders.
