Tenders are invited for Implementation of Grid Connected Solar Power Plant at District General Hospital - Matale A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Additional Secretary (Procurement), Procurement Management Division, 2nd Floor, Ministry of Health & Mass Media, No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08, from 03.03.2026 until 30.03.2026 (week days) from 09.00 hrs to 14.30 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred only (Rs. 12,500.00). The mode of payment will be cash. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 800,000.00 and should be addressed to Secretary Ministry of Health & Mass Media. Bid Security shall be valid up to date 30.07.2026 (119 Days) from date of closing of the bids.
