Diving Equipment This Assignment Covers One Lot. The Assignment Will Not Be Divided Into Lots As The Connection Between The Various Sub-Assignments Means That The Assignment Must Be Carried Out By One Contractor. It Is The Intention Of The Center Fire Department To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Purchase And Supply Of Diving Equipment And Clothing For The Center Fire Department For A Period Of Four Years. The Contracting Authority Has Included Most Of The Ordered Diving Equipment And Clothing In The Inventory With The Aim Of Making A Comparison Between The Quotations. Candidate Firms Are Therefore Expected To Submit A Price For All Parts Of The Inventory. Since It Is Impossible For The Contracting Authority To List The Complete List Of Diving Equipment In The Inventory, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order Related Diving Equipment From The Chosen Supplier To The Extent That The Contracting Authoritys Estimate Is Not Exceeded. All Conditions Under Which The Framework Contractor Will Carry Out The Assignments, Such As Delivery Times, Method Of Delivery, Fines, Payment And The Like, Are Laid Down In The Framework Agreement. After Concluding A Framework Agreement, Further Orders Can Be Placed Subject To The Conditions Laid Down In The Framework Agreement. Concluding An Agreement On The Basis Of These Specifications Does Not Give The Supplier Any Exclusivity Rights. Fire Department Zone Centrum May Have The Contract Performance Identical Or Analogous To That Described In These Specifications Carried Out By Other Suppliers During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract. The Supplier Cannot Therefore Claim Any Compensation. The Center Fire Department Acts As The Purchasing Center. (See Added Cutlery)
