If The Indicated Quantities Are Not Reached During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is In No Way Entitled To Compensation Of Any Kind. After Concluding A Framework Agreement, Further Orders Can Be Placed Subject To The Conditions Laid Down In The Framework Agreement. Concluding An Agreement On The Basis Of These Specifications Does Not Give The Supplier Any Exclusivity Rights.
