The Administrative Clauses. As The Öwob Is Unable To Relocate Tenants During The Work, The Work Will Be Carried Out In Occupied Accommodation. All Precautions Must Be Taken By The Successful Bidder To Allow Tenants To Live In Their Homes In Complete Safety And Peace Of Mind For The Duration Of The Project. The Coordination Of The Work On The Different Lots Will Be Carried Out By The Architect Responsible For Monitoring The Execution, In Coordination With The Öwob And The Successful Bidder(S). The Intervention Schedule Must Be Validated, Before Any Intervention, By The Öwob And By The Architect.
