The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: 1 Preparation Of A Comprehensive Report For The Assessment Of Compliance With The Main Requirements For Construction And Technical Control On The Constructive Part Of The Presented Technical Project In Accordance With Art. 142 Of The Zut. Approval Of The Bill Of Quantities And/Or The Bill Of Quantities (Bco), An Integral Part Of The Technical Project Prepared By The Contractor Under The Contract. All Documents - Graphic And Textual - Of The Investment Project Are Signed And Stamped By The Relevant Qualified Specialist And By The Manager Of The Legal Entity Or By The Sole Trader Consultant Who Performed The Conformity Assessment. All Other Obligations Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Specified In This Documentation And Its Appendices, As Well As Those Specified In The Contract And Legal Provisions. 2 Removal, At Your Own Expense, Of Comments On The Complex Report Received By The Contracting Authority And/Or The Competent Authority That Approves The Technical Project And Issues A Construction Permit.
