The Subject Of The Order Is A Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing With The Option To Purchase A Brand New Street Sweeper In Accordance With The Following Conditions: 1) Delivery Of A Complete, Brand New Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Ul. Marii Dąbrowskiej 8 In Konin. All Costs Related To Delivery (Including Transport Costs) Are Borne By The Contractor. 2) On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Provide The Customer With: A) Documents Admitting The Vehicle To Road Traffic In Poland, I.E. In Particular: An Extract From The Approval Certificate, Vehicle Registration Made By The Lessor (Registration Certificate), B) Instructions For Safe Operation Of The Vehicle In Polish, C) A Catalog Of Spare Parts In Polish In Paper Or Electronic Form, D) A Service Book With A Schedule Of Necessary Periodic Inspections, E) A Warranty Document With Conditions Consistent With Submitted Offer, F) Pm 10 Certificate, G) Pm 2.5 Certificate, H) Two Sets Of Original Keys. 3) The Contractor Will Provide Free Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Vehicle And The Devices Installed In It, Which Will Be Confirmed By Issuing An Appropriate Certificate. 4) Providing Warranty And Post-Warranty Service. The Ordering Party Will Use Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Pzp, I.E.: The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings.
