Diesel Oil – Delivery Of Standard And Improved Low-Temperature Diesel Oil. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is: The Supply Of Standard Diesel Oil And Diesel Oil With Improved Temperature Properties, Meeting The Quality Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). 2.The Offered Oil Must Comply With The Regulations In Force On The Date Of Submission Of Offers. In The Event That The Provisions Referred To Above Are Changed Or Replaced By Other Provisions - During The Tender Procedure In Question Or During The Validity Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of This Public Procurement Procedure - The Delivered Diesel Oil Must Always Meet The Requirements Arising From The Provisions In Force On The Date Of Delivery. 3. The Oil Offered And Delivered Must Be Microbiologically Clean And Resistant To Possible Microbiological Contamination In Tanks And Installations Of Gas Stations And Vehicles Throughout The Year. 4.All Components Of The Offered And Delivered Diesel Fuel Must Be Compatible. 5. Additives Of The Offered And Delivered Diesel Fuel Must Be Compatible With All Engine Oils Available On The Market. 6.Diesel Oil Is Intended To Power Diesel Engines In City Buses Meeting Euro 5 And Euro 6 Exhaust Emission Standards, Operated In Public Transport. 7. The Oil Will Be Delivered By The Contractors Tank Trucks To The Ordering Partys Gas Stations Located In Łódź, At Ul. Limanowskiego 147/149 (Zakład Eksploatacji Busów No. 1) And Ul. Nowe Sady 15 (Bus Operations Plant No. 2), On Working Days From 6:30 A.M. To 12:00 P.M. 8. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Pzp., Under The Conditions Provided For In §1 Section 17 - 19 Of The Contract (The Draft Contract Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz). 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Otherwise The Offer Will Be Rejected.
